In 1970, the United States President's Commission on Obscenity and Pornography, setup to study the effects of pornography, documented that there was "no evidence up to now that publicity to explicit sexual materials performs a substantial position within the causation of delinquent or criminal habits between youths or Older people".[one hundred] Th
